How does the dashboard works?
There are 3 levels of Admin attributes: Visualize, Edit and Super Admin.
Visualize let you only see the information on the dashboard.
Edit let you modify the contents, but only of the client you are related with.
Super Admin allows to add clients, modify their contents, add admins and their attributes.
If you are a Super Admin this is the screen you will see to add or erase clients and access to their contents and modify them.
The system automatically will create an unique id number for each client and that number is attached to their app (iOS & Android).
Level 1
If you have Edit attributes only, then this is the screen you will see when you log in to the dashboard, and its related only with your client and let you modify all their contents.

1 Let you assign and modify the client name.

From this point is very important to know that the App and dashboard has been created in a storytelling structure that goes from general to the particular in 4 levels:
[Developments selection/Development/Houses/Interiors];
[Campuses/ Campus/Buildings/interiors] etc.
Example: If your client is a Real Estate developer with several housing developments (Green Valley Estates, Red Valley Estates, Blue Valley Estates, etc) at point you must create first one different space for each development.

Level 2
Modify contents.
You can easy modify content (Links, texts, photos, videos, 360º photos, 360º videos and Matterport links (Scans and VR) from here in two different ways, automatic (With a bundle file) and manual (Easier for beginners)
Bundle package, automatic process.

A bundle file is a ZIP file that must contain an excel file that includes the .xlsx file and the necessary image files.
Caution: When you update the bundle file, the process will delete all the existing data and will replace them with the new data from the bundle file.

21 Here you can upload a .jpg image that shows a map. (Here you can see that it includes a Matterport logo cubes that work as links to visualize the scans. By now that logo cubes synchronization must be executed by us as platform providers, but we are working in the procedure that allow the cubes can be placed from the dashboard and will be available in late first quarter 2018. The links can be assigned right now from the dashboard.

A We are working in the option to, from the dashboard, choose between regular video or 360º video. Will be available in late first quarter 2018.
B The iOS & Android apps are multi-language, they can be configured by loading a dictionary system that automatically displays the information of the app in relation to the language of the smartphone configuration.
At this time it does not interact with the app but the functionality exists and can be turned on if required.
The apps are able to display a full-screen map without matterport link functionality.

Level 3.
Create spaces (Buildings, etc)
So you have already created a housing development, campus, area, etc. Now it is time to create their buildings.

27 Here you can add virtual tours and name them, you can add up to five and we recommend PanoTour Pro. If you don't want to, we can easy turn off the functionality.

So you have already created buildings. Now it is time to modify their information and create their interiors.

30 Here you can add an specific link for a building virtual tour, if you don't have one, you can leave it blank and the 360 photo logo won't appear on the building menu.

34 Here you can modify the building GPS coordinates. When someone press the GPS button on the building menu, and you choose to open it with google maps, by default it will enter in walking mode and if the place in question has street view then it will have full functionality provided by google.
35 You can add a building number for certain functions not available by the moment.
36 Here you can add a description in spanish or another language and it will work in the same way as the multi-language dictionaries system of the main menu.
